Welcome to Christ Fellowship! Gathering for worship on Sunday mornings is the highlight of our week and we hope you'll join us. We know it can be a little intimidating the first time, not knowing how things work, so we've tried to anticepate some questions you might have.
Where and When We Meet?
We meet at 7 Braeburn Avenue in South Portland, Maine. The service starts at 10am and lasts about 90 minutes. Our classic, white-shingle, New England-style building is located in a quiet neighborhood with ample on-street parking.
What to Do When You Arrive?
Enter the front door at the top of the wide staircase on the front of the building. (There's also a lift next to the staircase. We are ADA accessible). When you walk in you'll be greeted by a friendly face who will hand you a program, answer any questions you may have and direct you to the children's area, if you have young kids. Help yourself to a cup of coffee or tea and grab a seat.
What Happens During the Service?
The program you receive will outline the service so you can actively particepate or just follow along. Together, we will worship God through gospel-centered singing, praying, preaching and communion.
What About My Kids?
Downstairs is alive with children on Sunday mornings! We have programs for Little Kids (birth - first grade) throughout the service. Big Kids (grades 2-6) begin in the worship service and are dismissed to classes just before the sermon starts. Find out more about Sunday morning options for parents and kids.
What Should I Wear?
Wear what you're comfortable in and be yourself. That's what we do.
